12U team wins thrilling 2nd Round playoff game – 6/18/18

2nd round play in the Legend league playoffs was just what we expected. A tougher opponent in 95 degree temperatures. After getting off to a 6-0 deficit in the 1st inning we found out in a hurry about battling adversity. Waving a runner around at third base is being displayed. After taking a lead the Midwest Cubs fought back too. Going into the last inning it was tied 11-11. Our last at bat we manufactured the winning run to pull away with a 12 11 victory. Awesome game.
