Vernard Snowden Jr

Vernard is a medium framed, young looking Outfielder with young features and room to keep getting stronger. Baseball actions are fairly crude but has some natural athleticism that he applies to the game. Not much of an approach at the plate. Bit of a wild swing tho shows some bat to ball skills. Small hand load and creates average bat speed but inconsistent barrel accuracy and limited extension thru zone. Can still get him into his lower half more to create some more authority at contact and occasionally flashes a handsy swing with directness to the ball, feet just tend to move a lot creating inconsistencies in the swing. Will need to keep working on speed. Ran 7.7 and not going to be a big power hitter so will need to improve speed to give him a chance to play CF. Has a little athleticism and room to add some strength, a guy to monitor his development track as he progresses thru HS.
